6.6 Preparation and injection unit of concentrated solution of antioxidant additive
6.6.1 For development of running ability in motor gasoline, containing gasoline components of catalytic cracking and delayed coking units, is added antioxidant additive “Agidol”, which quality fits TU 38.5901237. Antioxidant additive “Agidol” goes to store in canvas tanks.
6.6.2 In the store of GCU antioxidant additive is manually bunkered from canvas tanks and discharged by pneumatic transport into the capacities E-2, E-3 for preparation of concentrated solution in the gasoline. Dissolution of the additive and production of homogeneous solution are reached by gasoline circulation on E-2, E-3 by the pumps N-14, 15.
6.6.3 The gasoline from the reservoirs R-1, 2, 3 of the park 27-6 by chart for the pump suction N-1, 2 is discharged by the pumps N-14, 15 into the capacities E-2, 3. Level in the capacities E-2, E-3 is measured by level gages of the positions E-2, E-3, respectively. The one capacity is intended for the ready solution of the additive, in another one preparation of the solution of the additive is carried on.
6.6.4 The gasoline is pumped by N-14, 15 into E-2, 3 to 70% by the level gage of the positions E-2, E-3, the pumps N-14, 15 are thrown on circulation of the capacity E-2 or E-3. The additive from the bunker with is discharged the help of inert gas by air tube through hatch into E-2 or E-3, on the delivery termination of the additive the circulation is continued for an hour on E-2 or E-3.
6.6.5 Amount of the additive, discharged in E-2, E-3 is delineated by amount of catalytic cracking gasoline and coking gasoline, situated in reservoirs of the parks 27-7 and 25-5 from calculation of 0,3 kg of “Agidol” by 1 ton of the gasoline.
6.6.6 Preparation of the concentrate is effected on the basis of stable catalysate LK-6U, it is alternative to use stable gasoline KT-1. Optimal strength of preparation of concentrated solution on the basis of stable catalysate S-200 of the complex LK-6U and the stable gasoline KT-1 – 1% (at lower temperature under minus 20 °C, for preparation of the concentrate it is possible to use only the stable catalysate LK-6U, in the stable gasoline KT-1 – complete solubility of the additive is not reached – her settling-out is occurred). Storing of concentrates of gasoline with the additive “Agidol” more than one day since moment of their preparation is prohibited at temperature minus 20 °C and lower.
6.6.7 Before injection of the concentrate into the gasoline it is necessary to perform its auxiliary circulation with duration no less than an hour.
6.6.8 In case of need, 3% mortar preparation is allowed (by adherence to the storage conditions: temperature – from plus 20 °C to minus 20 °C, period 8 hour) on the basis of the stable catalysate S-200 LK-6U.
6.6.9 Concentrated solution of the additive from E-2, E-3 is pumped out by the pumps N-14, 15 into collector of the additive solution and from the collector through the gate 2g for the pump suction N-3, 2 transferring the catalytic cracking gasoline. On preparation of commercial gasoline it is necessary to inject the additive during all the time of transfer of the gasoline UZK and of the catalytic cracking, herewith pumping is to be even.
6.6.10 Amount of the additive solution discharging for mixing is fixed with the level gage in the E-2, 3 of the positions E-2, 3 depending on amount of the catalytic cracking gasoline discharging for mixing, and is regulated with gates on discharges of the pumps N-14, 15. Switching of the pumps N-14, 15 is carried out by place.
6.6.11 Valve control of the item 1 – 10v is regulated in manual mode, electric gate switching on reservoirs from control board or by place, pump switching and electric gate control of pumps by place or remotely from board in operator room.
6.6.12 Valve control of appropriate position is regulated from ratio unit C21-2C4.2. Switching in work of ratio unit and flowmeter unit is regulated with the clicking action “network”. Electric signal (task size is regulated with milliammeter scale from 0 to 1mA, that fits air outlet by indicator to valve from 0,2 to 1 kg/ ) from the ratio unit is entered electropneumatic converter with task handle and air from it is discharged to valve control by the indicator. Consumption measured with turboquantum is controlled by flowmeter unit scale C22-2C4.2 of appropriate position in /h.
