After that the cyst cavity is filled by gel mixture of Chronos with the autologous factors of growth supernatant.

Conclusion: Comparing estimation of separate results of operative treatment of the osseous cyst shows high effectiveness of the surgical treatment by using Chronos with the autologous factors of growth. In comparison with control group the positive results were raised on the 25,5% and the quantity of complication and recidivation was decreased in 2,5 times.
