With the Current Warrant the General company with limited responsibility «CHARTAM PROPERTIES LIMITED», in the person of due authorized Director Brenda Patricia Cocksedge of Flat 5158, Golden Sands No 5, PO Box 500462, Mankhol, Dubai, UAE (Mrs. Brenda Patricia Cocksedge), acting on foundation of the by-laws, further called «Grantor»,

authorizes  

Kovalyov Kirill Alexandrovich, 08/06/1974 year of birth, passport 4601 245945, issued on 03/05/2011 by the 1^st militia administration of the   Odintsovsky Interior Department of the Moscow Region, the division 503-064, living under the address: Russian Federation, Moscow Region, the town of Odintsovo, 10 Zhukova street, flat 33, further referred to as “Attorney”

To represent the interests of Grantor in theterritoryofThe Russian Federation, particularly: 

- in organization of service (operational company) of engineering systems in the cottage settlement, located under the address: The Russian Federation, Moscow Region, the district of Odintsovo,  Barvihynsky village district, the village of Zhukovka, within the borders of which there are a dwelling house in the stage of unfinished construction of a1 247.2 sq. m.  floor area, the inventory № 174:055-18406, let.A and the other buildings in the parcel of land №104 of a 21 836 sq.m. floor area, with the cadastral numbers 50:20:0010411:674 and 50:20:0010411:0594;

- to sign the treaties on operational exploitation, the treaty on power supply and water disposal; the treaty on the services on guarding of the territory  of the cottage settlement; the treaties on beautification and landscape gardening of the common-use-territories, the treaties on the supplementary repair work, conducted by the operational company, and also the supplementary treaties to the agreements indicated, the deeds of the services’ allotment (the delivery-acceptance of the operations), the other document, related to the fulfillment of the current treaties;

- to issue statements, to file applications, to gather the documents and obtain certificates, bills, deeds, necessary for the fulfillment of the current errand;

- to carry out payment on the treaties concluded with the operational company (LLC “MeienfordGardens”), to obtain  the calculation documents;

- to obtain the passes for the proprietor natural persons, enterprises, for thoroughfare and passage to the territory of the lot №104;

- to conduct other juridical and factual operations, related to the fulfillment of the current errand.

The authorities for obtaining the passes may be delegated to the other persons, all the authorities, established by the current Letter of Attorney, may not be delegated to the other persons.

The Letter of Attorney is issued for the term of 3 years.

Настоящей Доверенностью Частная компания с ограниченной ответственностью «CHARTAM PROPERTIES LIMITED» Чартем Пропертиз Лимитед, в лице должным образом уполномоченного Директора  Brenda Patricia Cocksedge of Flat 5158, Golden Sands No 5, PO Box 500462, Mankhol, Dubai, UAE (г-жи Бренды Патрисии Кокседж), действующей на основании устава, именуемая в дальнейшем «Доверитель»,

уполномочивает

Ковалева Кирилла Александровича, 08/06/1974 года рождения, паспорт 4601 245945, выдан 03.05.2001 года 1 отделом милиции Одинцовского УВД Московской области, код подразделения 503-064, проживающего по адресу: Российская Федерация, Московская область, г. Одинцово, ул. Жукова, д. 10, кв. 33, именуемого в дальнейшем «Поверенный»

Представлять интересы Доверителя на территории Российской Федерации, в частности:

- в организации по обслуживанию (эксплуатационная компания) инженерных систем коттеджного поселка, расположенному по адресу: Российская Федерация, Московская область, Одинцовский район, Барвихинский с.о., деревня Жуковка,  в границах которого расположены жилой дом в стадии незавершенного строительства общей площадью 1 247,2 кв.м., инвентарный № 174:055-18406, лит.А и иные строения на земельном участке  №104 общей площадью 21 836 кв.м., с кадастровыми номерами 50:20:0010411:674 и 50:20:00104 11:0594;

 - подписывать от имени Доверителя договоры на эксплуатационное обслуживание, договор  на электроснабжение и водоотведение; договор на услуги по охране территории коттеджного поселка; договоры на благоустройство и озеленение территорий общего пользования; договоры на дополнительные ремонтные работы, проводимые  эксплуатационной компанией, а также дополнительные соглашения к указанным договорам, акты оказания услуг (сдачи-приемки работ), иные документы, связанные с исполнением данных договоров;

- делать заявления, подавать заявки, собирать документы и получать справки, счета, акты, необходимые для выполнения данного поручения;

- производить оплату по заключенным договорам с эксплуатационной компанией
(ООО «Сады Майендорф»), получать расчетные документы;

- получать пропуска на собственника, физические лица, на предъявителя, для проезда и прохождения на территорию участка №104;

- совершать от имени Доверителя иные необходимые юридические и фактические действия, связанные с выполнением данного поручения.

Полномочия по получению пропусков могут быть переданы другим лицам, все остальные полномочия, установленные настоящей Доверенностью, не могут быть переданы другим лицам.

Доверенность выдана сроком на 3 года.
