Diagnosis: Hypertensive disease (Stage III); arterial hypertension (Stage III), the 4th degree of risk (very high risk); ischemic heart disease; postinfarction cardiosclerosis (damage of the back wall of the left ventricle); effort angina of functional class III (functional class III: marked limitation of everyday physical activity); cardiac conduction disorder;first-degree AV block; circulatory failure of III functional class (2-a: chronic heart failure and congestion in one of the circulations); postinfarction cardiosclerosis; atherosclerosis in the aorta and the great vessels; rheumatic disease in the inactive phase; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; sleep apnea syndrome (sleep apnea); Pickwick syndrome;encephalopathy (stage 1); obesity (stage 3);  nonalcoholic fatty liver disease; chronic non-calculous cholecystitis; common spinal osteochondrosis; chronic maxillary sinusitis;in past medical history: surgical operations conducted under general anesthesia.

Intolerance to some medications takes place.

The findings of recent EEG studies: on EEG distinct changes of regulatory nature in the form of a significant common reduction of the amplitude, absence of the alpha rhythm, and predominance of fast waves were registered, that indicates dysfunction of the brainstem structures, which increases during rhythmic photic stimulation. During hyperventilation minimally marked signs of diencephalic dysfunction were detected. In the temporal leads a slight left-hemispheric amplitude emphasis has been occasionally seen. ECG artifacts indicate high blood pressure.
